Did you, yourself never say that when someone is offered many opportunities to deny their criminal record and they do not, then obviously they must be guilty? Nope. Never said it. You are putting words in my mouth again. (But at least you didn't put quotes on this time.) You are the one that said it and evidently it applies to you. When you said it, I figured there was more fact to the story. You did seem to be talking from personal experience, now didn't you? Supply your evidence if you think you have it, or do you expect that we should rely on your flawed memory and understanding of the things you read. (Remember qui tam and your laughable use of ultra vires? JD indeed. Hahahaha.)
