You're right about the spoo jumping all over the place, that was the point I wanted to make. The SPX can stay still but the spoo can move +2 or -2 around that with little meaning. That is why I have some concern should you try and use the 2 point stop that you're used to using on the SPX, on the mini. Follow?

I think you have the right idea about getting set-up and watching it for a bit.
