That could very well be, but as far as I'm concerned is irrelevant and won't get Johnny off the hook. Johnny is the one who released the information to the wires. He should not have claimed that RMC was acquired and a wholly owned subsidiary when it was NOT. Nor should he have posted $$numbers in a PR without having looked at the books. I thought he was supposed to be a genius. People invested and have lost a lot of money based on statements and claims made by Johnny. Statements which he never corrected for over 7 months. And that's just in regards to RMC. How about some clarification on the fiasco in Belize from the company. How many more months do we have to wait before he comes clean on his claims in those PR's? And, the "regrettable" statement regarding RMC is released on a company web page, he doesn't even have the fortitude (balls) to release this information to the wires. I wonder why that is, SEC, SEC, SEC.
