Colleen if you never have? Then you don't know what your missing! Right now I'm involved with one. As it's now in litigation, I'm not allowed or at liberty to speak of the details, But I can safely say it involved asbestos removal and it's more than a half a million dollar contract. The contractor was removed from the property all of his equipment and materials confiscated 6 months into an 18 month contract. The written Contract specifications alone was over 1000 pages. With your educated background you know how easily this can happen. It's the fine print that nailed him.
