On a personal basis all to the aforementioned items the answer is no, negative. Professionally, I have acquired many contracts by means of the other guy not performing. And, asbestos abatement I know something about, I also know there was much more involved than you're trying to hint at here. This was not a simple screw up. You cannot possibly be comparing this to the dissolved partnership/acquisition between PABN and RMC. With contract specifications alone being over 1000 pages (not unusual or unbelievable in this industry) this cannot in any way be compared to the dissolved merger of RMC and PABN. So, I fail to see the similarities. Please elaborate.
