So Silver, this is the kind of thing that you think is worth going to the PABN site for? HAHAHAHAHAHA
Assumptions

A lot of people are assuming a lot of things, most of which are without any evidence at all. Without evidence? No RMC deal, 2 houses in Belize, delayed and hidden financials, and deals that never complete? He wants evidence?
The biggest current assumption is that just because RMC is now out of the picture, they must never have been in and that John therefore lied. There is no basis for this assumption. Just because a divorce happens, that does not mean there never was a marriage. The fact that this seems to be beyond the grasp of so many is a great mystery to me. If it were true that John did lie and RMC was never part of PABN, then the whole thing is a scam (it would have to be...think about it). However, it is evident that this company is not a scam.
[HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA]
One of the other assumptions has to do with the company's mortgage activities, mostly in Belieze[sp]. Look at what it says in the summary of activites[sp] page. It says the company is financing mortgages. It does not say what bank, or who is guaranteeing them, etc. It only says PABN is going to come up with the cash. Since when is that illegal?
[HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Pathetic, truly pathetic reasoning.]
One of the most difficult assumptions has to do with the company's obligation to provide shareholders with information. This is difficult because there is confusion between the legal obligation and the moral obligation to provide information. And that is complicated by issues of confidentiality. Add in the fact that we investors really want to know what is going on...and season it with the nonsense published by the bashers and you end up with quite a mess. In times like these the company's safest route is to stay within its legal obligations. [HAHAHAHAHAHAHA] As a non-reporting company, those are minimal. Only Deleware[sp] law can dictate what the company has to reveal to the public and under what circumstances. [HAHAHAHAHAHAHA] Personally I'd like to know everything. [Maybe we could ask the SEC to help us find out.]
Finally I'd like to note that my local library has lots of back issues of newspapers. One can go there and look up old press releases, etc. Very interesting reading sometimes! One can look back and see how plans and announcements of companies worked out and how some things did not. But the really interesting stuff is to read the weather reports!!!!! You bet! I'm thinking of putting together a class action suit against all weather men! Why? because I read those old weather reports and then look outside and they are way off.
[WOW! Company Press Releases no more reliable than weather reports? HAHAHAHAHAHA The guy is comedian. This gives new meaning to Blue Sky provisions.]
Things that were true at one point in time do not necessarily stay true forever. [Never mind things that were never true. HAHAHAHA] It may just be that they were true then but cannot be true now. Today is Friday. And that is the truth. However, it won't be true tomorrow. Does that mean that it was a lie today? No. This simple 'truth' seems to have escaped many people.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA - A logical tour de force! Yes the PABN chat site will certainly be a forum of credibility and clear thinking. (If only PCM had posted this yesterday, it could be passed off as an attempt at April Fool Humour.)]
Have a Good "Good Friday"
