Silver Fox, I have never claimed to know the details about the parting of ways between PABN and RMC. Although I have been hollaring for months that they were never acquired by PRWT/PABN and provided supporting documentation to my claims. There have also been numerous posters, on the SI and the Bull, who have recounted conversations with Dave at RMC who has always maintained that the merger/acquisition had never happened. But then we had Johnny's word, the one which went against all documentation and other reports that they were a wholly owned subsidiary, the one everybody clung to. The problem is the fact that we were told over and over and over by Johnny that this was a done deal and many people invested in PABN on this issue alone.

What I disagreed with you about was your example. You were comparing apples to watermelons. An asbestos abatement project could never be compared to a simple acquisition, because in comparison, it is child's play. To remove asbestos not only do you have to know all the federal regs on removal you have to seal the area off and the workers are in sealed suits. Then there's the state's regs and then you have to also be aware of the DOT guidelines for transportation of said materials which change from state to state as it's common for the materials to be trucked across state lines to a disposal facility. And this is the simple explanation.
