I found this post over on the Bull (yea, that place again) where an investor tells a different story. One which contradicts your story about cooked books. ------- I can tell you for a fact that RMC was never acquired by PABN. I just got back from Vegas vacation and I talked to Dave from RMC for 15 to 30 min. Dave said that he himself pulled out of the deal do to the time frame that has passed. See it was up to PABN to put 3M on the table to close the deal but it never happened. He did not say why PABN did not close the deal,maybe it was because of other projects that John has going for the company. He did tell me that you liked what he saw of PABN and that he particulary like the online trading part of PABN and the medical service.He said from what he had found out both were making money for the company.He also said that the new internet sight would be making money for the company. The only negitive thing that he did say about PABN is in his opion John was tring to take on to much at on time. Dave also said something about some new technoligy that the doctors are now using.It has to do with a hand held instrument that when a patient number or name was entered all info come up on a big screen for the doctor to view.They do not have to go through paper work to get the patients info.Dave thought that this may be big when the news gets out.I just don't understand why John has not mention this in any of his infomation. Dave also said that he is looking to go a different route with him company.He said he may go public with his company,that is one thing he is thinking about. I know there is more and as I remember it I will post it. I am not going to respone to any bashers on this post,this info is what I was told and I am not going to try and read things in to what bashers may come up with.So if you want to bash what I have posted,do it to some other post for you will not get a response from me.......
