JCNelson,

I want to thank you for posting that information regarding your visit/chat with Dave Williams. I know of another investor who visited the office in Las Vegas some months back and kept his concerns quiet and off the threads.

This accounting posted by you as told by Dave Williams regarding the failings of RMC and PABN makes the most sense, imo. John got ahead of himself and couldn't come up with the cash to finalize the acquisition. And Dave was smart to hold out until such promises and obligations were met as stipulated in their agreement. This might also explain some of the dumping of shares we've watched since December, as a means of acquiring said monies. [I've reported that the float has increased by 100 Million shares in the past 8 months.] The possible lack of revenues could also explain the painfully slow process of opening up additional IT offices and the lack of registering in additional states which we've been waiting for since last August as being imminent. We also only recently learn that they (IT) does not have the software for online trading. The lack of said material would certainly preclude their need for registering in additional states. We haven't heard many excuses/explanations coming forth, but we sure have reported many dates for things to happen, only to be continually disappointed.
