JC.... that's possible but what does Johnny have left that is generating money? The ONLY thing he has that is generating a "positive" cash flow is the one IT office in Garden City. He even admitted this in the interactive shareholders meeting. This one office has to support/float all the rest of the divisions of PABN plus pay
salaries to employees. Consultants come by too cheaply. So, where
do you think Johnny could have come up with $3M to close the deal?
The Garden City office cannot be THAT successful.
