I have a question about the forward looking statements at the end of the PR's. They go further to say "other than for historical statements, the information contained in this release is forward looking" [please note this is not a direct quote]..... Exactly when does information become considered historical? Is it the usage of past term tenses? Or the repeating of a "fact" in subsequent PR's? Surely this cannot be used as a loophole here, can it?
