John got ahead of himself and couldn't come up with the cash to finalize the acquisition." Amazing that you AGREE with this "story" colleenb WITH OUT PROOF! And will take a "second" hand report at that REPORTED by a "long" GO FIGURE! It wouldn't be because it "helps" you in your "quest" to find the "truth" about the company? Here's another scenario tell me what you think... John walks away from the deal because he finds that DAVE can't produce like HE "claimed" he could and the "dumping" of shares was DAVE selling what he was given in the acquisition BEFORE he was told the deal was a NO GO and he would have to give back the shares,or he KNEW that John was going to "pull the plug" on the deal AND DAVE is in dire straights colleenb,he NEEDS money NOW so HE "dumps" the shares and figures that he'll deal with the problem of the shares later? POSSIBLE? PEACE JT
