We closed above this support (although we briefly fell below).<<

Steven

The one big concern I have is when we did fall below $13.00 today there was not a big surge in buying. Almost as if someone wants you all to stay in the game one more day. It seemed that someone pushed a few small buy's just to keep the stock price up over $13.00. I am afraid another shake out will occur in the a.m. The first few sell's will bring you down to $12.25 real fast. Since there were not that many buyers at $13.00 today, what makes you so sure their will be buyers at $12.00? Once this thing gets down to $12.00 Ben's financing package will begin to erode and bailout will occur. I do not think some of these investment companies that invested thought that the stock was going to go below $12.00. Thus, if all Data Racers really believe in this stock and can spare to buy more shares it better occur in the a.m. in order to fight off the shake out. Otherwise, new investors will be buying this stock at $11.50 by noon and the thought of this is really going to hurt a lot of you including myself. The shake out investment people know that a good portion of you now have margin calls, thus at some point you will be selling just to cover your calls. They also know that $12.00 per share will break a lot of peoples backs, thus a little free fall could occur. I have my stops in place.

Also, Marshall I really do not think people are selling in the morning and buying back later in the day for a lower price. Unless they want to make their brokers rich.

Steven this is a new product for Data Race and it may be this corporations last chance to make it's mark. If they have any customers, a good public relations firm could draft up a business wire that would keep Data Races current investors long at these prices, without leaking any corporate names. Rumors are not holding much water anymore.

You say maybe next week we may here something. I hate to regretfully inform you that Data race may not have a week. I hope this is not the case, but it does not look good. You all have been through a lot and it burns me up to see someone walk in now and pick this stock up at maybe $11.00 to $12.00 a share by Tuesday afternoon.

We all need to dig deep in the morning and max out on our margin in order to keep up the Data Race neighborhood and not allow the rift raft in at lower levels.
