I don't do this on any of my stocks . I take each individual stock study the figures on each. I don't use one number and apply it to all otc stocks. I suppose if you were not able to see what is going on trading wise or watch realtime chart update you would have to have something to "guess" by. So if your 2,3 or 4 works for you than have at it. But I think this over all use of one number to judge what a stock is really going especially applied to ANY OTC stock would not even come close to given a person the real picture of what is really happening. IMHO But in your case where you don't have any real money involved I guess you can play around with all the figures you want it really is just sort of a "computer stock game" for you.
