When pressed further he told me about 20% is held by the public and 60% by the treasury. fools-gold.com 20% is held by the public is another way of saying that the float is 20% of the authorized. That is being generous, because if he is talking about 20% of the outstanding there he is implying that the outstanding number of shares just jumped by about 50% from 820M to 1.25Billion
