That is nonsense. To be looking for scapegoats here is ridiculous. If this company goes down the tubes, it is all squarely at the feet of the insiders here. The fallacious press releases and whoever is continually dumping into any news - there is the first place the SEC should be looking. The best thing that could happen to this stock is to have a trading suspension by the SEC until the company satisfactorily completes 15c2-11 disclosure. Then everyone here could move forward, armed with more knowledge about the soundness of the company's activities - even the MM's. If there is nothing to hide here, then disclosure is in everyone's interests.
