Dear LemonHead, I use Netscape Composer (Part of Netscape v.4.5) to do everything. With it, I can create links, insert images, and anything else I currently find I have to do to produce the pages. It gets a little complicated when it comes to getting that Excel spreadsheet into HTML format, but I found out how to do it using Microsoft Word. The Newport charts and graphs are turned into .gif images using a "print screen" program I picked up somewhere on the web. It's gotten easier each week, but it does take a lot of time.
