well, lookie what I unearthed.... ............ Currently the Company has 540,000,000 million shares issued and outstanding. Approximately 70% of these shares are restricted leaving 162,000,000 shares in the float. #reply-4840754 ........... Any info on the terms of those 70% restricted shares? Do we know how close the holders are to being able to trade them, etc? #reply-4843351 ........... All of those restricted shares from what I am told are in John's hands and he has not given anyone their shares yet and does not plan on anytime soon....That is what he told me this morning.....#reply-4843463 and guess what, 70% of 540M is right at 400M and is a number that has never been disputed, and reported by MANY as the number of shares John purchased at .001 cents when he bought the PRWT shell.
