Also, a simple phone call to the Transfer agent would eliminate the need for guessing about share count. Had I called in June I would have know the Outstanding was 610 million and not 540 million as reported by Top Dog.
Are you so sure that had you called in early June you would have heard a different number? How can you make such a statement? Anything to back yourself up with? Nothing?
Well, let me help you out here. On July 6th, Top Dog reported that the authorized share count was 750M, a number which stood for several months. Prior to this date, there is no post with the authorized number reported that I have found. In this same post it is reported that 78.4% of these shares are restricted..... (#reply-5109355)
do the math and you come up with issued shares being 588M, an increase of 48M in a month's time frame, from the reported 540M reported on June (#reply-4840754). Then, we cruise along another month and we discover that the Issued share count is now 610M (#reply-5413448).. oops, that's about another 30Million share increase, which this poster also says that this number, 30M shares has just entered the market (float) because they just came off of restriction. And that the float has now jumped to 208-212M shares. And boy howdy, the float was 162-164M just two months earlier. Seems to be quite the trend, wouldn't you agree.
Sooooo, what seems to be the problem here? The numbers add up as far as I can see. I see no contradictions in any of these numbers that have been reported and recorded on this public thread. |
