I think a forced reporting of their condition is in the best interest of the free market. It
would remove any uncertainty about what they are up to. If they have nothing to hide,
then disclosure benefits everyone. I am dumbfounded that you would argue for no
disclosure here. If it takes a trading halt to accomplish this, then so be it. I think it is time
to turn on the lights and have some accounting here.

Please stop putting words in my mouth , Jhild.

I said we all want to see PABN File Financials.

As for the RMC deal. You believe what you want.

And please stop saying I am sinister just because I disagree with you on this particular stock.

How is it I am evil on this one, yet I am not when I say AZNT Ichargit, etc are scams.

With the two recent upticks to .015 cents, I am further ahead than before. I don't mind severe volitility in a stock. What I do mind is when the Pro or Con side of a stock gets out of hand.

You don't like PABN. I know this. Everyone knows this. To state that the SEC is going to halt it..which you have been saying since August...is unfair.

I can think of 50 other stocks that should be halted, yet they are not.

Belize fell apart. Elrington made promises that he couldn't. Elrington said that they needed the housing and would back up PABN on the deals.

Dickey Bradley won't offer the same deal.

Thems the breaks. That is how it is dealing with Central America.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

As far as being sinister. It serves my needs more if there is mass panic and everyone bails.

So it would reason that if I wanted to I would be screaming the sky is falling too.

Last summer you were actively researching PABN. I don't see this anymore. If I didn't know better I'd think this was becoming personal for you.

I know you don't have to make all the phone calls to banking authorities in New York and Nevada because you have no money on the Table.

I, on the other hand, started with ten grand, which I have long since cashed out, and have been playing with free money for quite awhile. This compels me to make the long distance calls.

I still feel safe holding in this company.

I shouldn't have to defend my decision and my motives.

I read the Ichargeit thread last night. My teeth almost fell out when I found out that Calvery is the CEO and Big Dog is a Director.

It hit a high of $29 it is now around $12.

Now there is a potential nightmare in the making. I Know I won't be on that thread singing the praises for that stock. I know you'll agree with me on that one. So how can it be that I will be a good guy for hateing that stock, but a bad guy for likeing this one.

As for Colleenb. Many many times I mentioned my mistrust of Top Dog. I asked a lot of people who Carl Kruse was. Both Kevin and Colleen played dumb.

Not once did Colleen say "Gee you know he is my brother (kevin)"

I'd say that right there is dirty pool, and she has no sympathy from me. Kevin was quite content to take information from another Investor and pass all of it off as inside knowledge. Colleen was comfortable listening to her brothers advice.

Now that it hasn't worked out for them... well it isn't their fault is it. It has to be the company. no they couldn't have screwed up themselves now could they...
