Frank and all,

Did you figure out conversion ratio of DYMO to ESIO?
I have two different figures for total outstanding DYMO
common shares and equivalents. One is ~6.4 mln, another is ~11 mln.
Using ESIO's offer $13 mln, the conversion would be either at
$2.04 or $1.16 per share of DYMO (DYMO shareholders will receive
ESIO stock corresponding to the conversion price)
Currently DYMO trades at 1 5/8 bid, 1 3/4 ask. So I'm wondering
whether I will get more or less if I sell after conversion.

Here's a relevant Edgar URL:

Good luck
