Anybody have any information about the recent RACE S3 filing containing the registration of 1.7mm shares to be sold by self and company promoter John M. Liviakis? In the filing there is plenty of disclosure language about the risks of the company losing its NASD listing which would force the redemption of a substatial number of prefered shares and could trigger a bankruptcy.... Just wondering. Mr. Pink
