Scott,
Just so I understand the cash gap,
Looking at the SPX, fri closed at 1348ish, todays open at ~1342 and ran down to 1333ish, then bach up to the 1342 where it starts to fill the gap, completes the fill when 1348 is reached,

Is this the right idea ?
