The latest from LFG: This is to clarify the current status of our E-Mini processing. As many of you already know, there were problems with the TOPS to GLOBEX process at the CME beginning last Wednesday. As a result, the CME moved us to a new process for Limit Orders on Sunday evening. Monday we continued to have problems with Markets and Stops, and so on Monday evening we switched all order types to the new process. Unfortunately, as is the case with most new products, we ran into a system bug. This bug occasionally "elects" Stop orders even though the price of the Stop has not been reached. While the CME is working on this, and we hope it will be resolved today, we will be unable to accept Stop orders. Limit Orders and Market Orders will continue to be processed on a fully electronic basis. We will keep you posted on these developments.
