BOM - i can't give you the definitive answer but on outstanding shares of 39M and float of 16M (incl the split adjustment) it becomes a mgmt decision regarding the standard questions: do they want to encourage a larger number of holders by cutting the price and do they want/need the capital infusion following a split and presuming eager buyers ready to buy. i dunno, but i do know that at this float level it obviously isn't enoough to hold the price down to ~100 given the ongoing demand.....and that's fine with me if they price goes >200 without a split. Buy on!!
