Hi Keith, Yup, I'm back, mon!

Whilest away my friends in Mexico were kind enough to raise the price of their fund high enough to click off another gtc SELL order at $15.50 and out in Colorado VTSS popped up into the $50s long enough to reduce my inventory a bit at $54-3/4. HQ was also kind enough to rise in price to the point that the supply/demand curve crossed at $40 and we again were forced to reduce available stocks. Back to Mexico again, we're waiting to hear if negotiations brought an agreement for shares of ICA to be purchased by some needy investor at $5-5/8.

With demand out striping Veale's Equity Warehouse supply, we've had to raise prices slightly on our remaining inventory. Please be assured that orders will be filled as quickly as possible so that prompt deliveries are made. Our fleet of trucks is waiting!

Our silent partner, Uncle Sam, has a birthday coming up tomorrow, so I've been a bit distracted while trying to come up with just the right gift this year. It's so hard to buy for the man who has everything, so I've decided just to send him a check this year!

The IW report will show that risk is now at 47% for stocks and 31% for funds. I hope to get it written later.

Glad to see nobody slacked off while I wasn't looking! I've been hearing that the Russel 2000 is starting to perk up a bit. Maybe some of the slower inventory items will start to turn over soon. The R-2000 has been stuck at about 390 to 400 since February. Last Friday saw it at 405. Not exactly a "break-out" but a start in the right direction for small caps.

Best regards, Tom
