What a market! Setting AIM limit orders and going on vacation, making good $ when they don't even have CNBC at the hotel...that's what life's all about. How bout a "beeper" trade from the golf course?
Good job with the stock picks, that's half the fun of AIM anyway. You should start a newsletter. Maybe a "Mailbag". I would like to see more ideas on stock selection from the AIM'ers. Love a good list of stocks to check out.
Here's a good one...I was checkin out the company Infonautics, that owns the "Company Sleuth" as I was adding them to the SMI.com site. I thought "Here's a net stock selling at $4, losing quite a bit of $$, but had spiked up to $15 at one point. Maybe a good AIM stock.".
Chatted with Doug Monday and was telling him about it. I said "Hey, do a little research and tell me what you think". He say's "Your the stock expert, check it out. Well then, to make a long story short, after dinner, a shower, e-mail, and goin to work, I don't have time to fool with it. Lo and Behold, hit $8+ on Tuesday, and was down 1 11/16 to 6 5/8 today. So much for stock research....
Maybe this would be a good AIM stock, but I am too "rational" for most of these net stocks...oh well...maybe someday I can loosen up....maybe take a vacation!
