No in either case... an island reversal requires that there was a gap up which stayed intact for the day, then gapped down the next day leaving an island of one or more days isolated from the rest of the prices..... I can see where you think there may be a H&S pattern, but that pattern requires a clearly defined neckline and that chart has no neckline off the head..... you have a good eye and can spot areas of suspicion, just be sure those suspicious patterns meet the requirements.....(°¿°)
