HaHa, already in the money huge. More data on APW INSIDER BUYING:

Bob Arzbaecher CFO buys 1,562 shares March, 24, 1999
Philip Burkart, VP Electronic Enclosures buys 2,766 shares, March 25, 1999
Richard Carrol, Officer buys 200 shares, March 8, 1999
Ronald Pauli, Officer buys 100 shares, March 24, 1999

If its good enough for mangement, its good enough for me. Given where the market trades today, for the life of me can't figure out why APW isn't at $60. Will do near $3.00 cash EPS this year, at a 20x P/E gets $60, or forward P/E of 20 on reported earnings of $3.00 gets $60 also. EPS has been growing at 25%, and may accelerate as consolidation strategy begins to pay off. JMHO.
