Re-post from late last nite. #33476 I have no idea how SEC monitors BB stocks, but IMHO they must follow some type of similar guidelines. Since some consider PABN a scam, why has is not been halted. Considering recent volumes and press releases, surely they must be aware of all the trading activity. The only conclusion I have then, is that they are aware, and see no reason to intervene. otcbb.com Trading can be halted on OTCBB securities, however, neither The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. nor the NASD has the authority to do so.
