Yes, it has gone much lower. Check OCT 1997 when you get a chance. But historically, the TICK is at an extreme level here. Means one of two things....either this tanking is essentially over and we see a nice divergence set up as the SPOO goes down to get 1300 for me, or the TICK is about to do a major dumping and the SPOO will cut through 1300 like it wasn't even there.....so I am afraid little can be said about it at this point. Wait and watch.....
