Jerry that is incorrect. The NYSEBP moved into a column of X's, that's all, good news that it is. It is nowhere near 70. If it rises to the 70 level then you start looking at defensive positions. The number last night on the DorseyWright page was in the low 40's and just needed a nudge to get into the X column.
