Scott,
I've been looking at the 1 min charts of ES99M and the S&P cash,
It appears to me that a good sell signal occured at about 13:22 on the S&P chart, although the signal to sell on the TICK did not come untill 13:25.

Still working on a good buy signal when the TICK turns up, I think.
