Val - you seem to increase your sarcasm by leaps and bounds every day. That post was meant to be funny but was also in reference to an ongoing irk I have with them about that old Cygnet/W.S. Clearing deal in which some of the public were allowed notice far in advance of the general public itself. When the rumors started appearing on the threads I tried to get an answer out of them to no avail - even my State Securities Commission was told that they couldn't have any info. That mess involved a lot of different stocks and RACE just happened to be one of them. ------------------------------------------------------------- As to calling Greg I don't need to because I already know the answer - the SEC has a huge backlog lately due to the new "common english" requirements in all filings. They're understaffed and when you throw something new into the pot it just slows things down further.
