I apologize for not having been able to respond to each and every one of your private messages, but I will do my best to answer all your questions. I was out of town on vacation for a few weeks.
Most of you have asked me what I recommend for those of you who are not happy with cyberbroker or happened to be considering to sign up with the brokers who use cybertrader program.
As I have said before, I am not a paid spoke person for a certain internet broker. I am simply a trader who believes by sharing information and demanding more, we can all benefit.
Accordingly, I will be posting the name of all available software and brokers that I know of personally and those that I have heard of. I am certain that you will be able to make an intelligent decision once you have all the facts before you.
For those of you who are using cybertrader program and have expressed your reluctance to post messages on the board to avoid becoming the subject of rude and ignorant remarks, I will be more than happy to answer your questions about cybertrader and any other program that I have used or come to know. However, I believe that you should pick up the phone and ask the owner or the president of cyber broker about the issues that you are concerned about. I can point out the problems that I encountered while using the program, so you would not have to reinvent the wheel at a substantial cost to you.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU TAPE RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS WITH BROKERS AT CYBER BROKER, IN THAT AS MOST OTHER BROKERS IN THE INDUSTRY, THEY KNOW FAR LESS ABOUT THE MARKET AND THE PROGRAM THAN WHAT YOU EXPECT. YOU WILL SEE THAT IN DUE TIME, SOME OF THE STATEMENTS THAT THEY MAKE TO YOU ARE ENTIRELY WRONG.
IF MAJOR BROKERS FIND IT USEFUL TO TAPE RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION BETWEEN THEIR BROKERS AND CLIENTS, I BELIEVE THAT WE SHOULD DO THE SAME. IT IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT IN THAT YOU CAN CONFRONT THEM FOR MISREPRESENTATION. BY THE WAY, IGNORANCE ON THEIR PART IS NOT A VALID DEFENSE.
