This thread is being formed to provide a forum for past, existing and potential clients of Cbyertrader to discuss the Cybertrader software, and Cyberbroker's perfromance freely.

I urge you to provide your comments, experiences, and suggestions without judging those of others. This thread's goal is to help all traders as a group to know all the facts in advance, and not when they have their money on the line.

The ultimate decision regarding the choice of software or broker is only yours to make. If you have any questions or concerns about the accuracy of the comments posted, contact cybertrader directly and find out for yourself. Nevertheless, I believe that by posting our concerns, personal experiences and facts we have learned while using the software, we can help each other to avoid making the same mistakes.

Attacking another's opinion or statements does not help anyone. Express your opinion freely but keep in mind that we are not here to judge or render our opinions about the author or the comments posted, but to discuss Cybertrader and Cyberbroker.

To initiate this discussion, I post some of the concerns that I have raised previously.

1. the historical chart never works
2. they don't provide info and chart on a number of major indices, including S&P
3. No news is available
4. I can't access the historical date from PCQuote to do my research at night though the company receives its data from PCQuote
5. System has a funny way of breaking down on days that the market makes a big upward movement and is perfect for big profits
6. The program does not provide for alarm and signal based on percentage of change
7. The daily hi/low and approaching hi/low is delayed between 4 to 5 minutes
8. The software does not allow you to take advantage of the liquiedity of the Island book and rejects your order, rather than immediately filling it when you send a buy order at a price above or equal the inside ask or a sell order at a pice below or equal to inside bid, which is what you may want to do when exiting timely is you goal even if you have to pay the premium price for it
9. No news is offered
10.There is a 28 to 30 seconds delay in index prices you receive; this has nothing to do with your modem or system; their index prices are not up dated continuously

Good luck to you all
