Hi Paul,

Yes there is deffinitely a difference between contract mfgs who build and design "turn key", build the entire computer, device, phone or subsystem including populating, kitting, etc, .... DIIG is in this category ... and companies that make circuit boards and often just do the printing of the wire diagram, innerlayers, etc. Sanmina does the entire job, Praegitzer is mostly in the board biz, you said SFLX is a board mfg but they are not. They were spun off from a JV of Rogers and SSI and they mount chips on flex cables for applications like Read write heads for HDs... No boards that I know of. Now PKE mostly makes laminate and prepreg which they sell to board companies. They are not an ECM at all.
