Internet fees starting at $40/month. I believe we will have to pay more money for more bandwidth in the future - not like dial-up service. Agree that residential long distance (not international) is not a great business but remember that $.05/minute is not as bad as it sounds because the incremental cost of providing a phone call is near 0 after access charges & once you have enough volume to pay overhead - network is already built so just want to sell minutes - access charges are currently $.03/minute so anything over that costs next to nothing.

Agree that RBOCs will be very strong competition for long distance customers but T is in a much better position to retain them than MCI due to wireless and cable bundling - MCI will be devastated. I am truly concerned about this as a WCOM shareholder. If WCOM can lose them in an orderly fashion, the damage will be minimal due to the growth in other areas.
