GEOASIA ENTERPRISES (OTC:GOAE) PART II AN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE POSTING: With over 50% of Asian countries' gross national product coming from the countryside and with electronic/banking access only in metropolitan areas, ORION took the first step last Monday when it signed a memorandum of understanding with Telekom Malaysia Bhd. which, when finalized, could enable Orion to have a satellite dish installed at a rural post office, people trained and the system running within a week. Orion also has the backing of TRW Inc., a Chicago-based Fortune 100 company. TRW is helping in the architectural design and development of the messaging system for Orion's A-Net electronic banking, as well as conducting the training for the banks for the rest of the year. Orion is building a worldwide Intranet known as GlobalDEN that offers clients of banks and other financial institutions affordable access to electronic commerce. Under the GlobalDEN umbrella is an extensive commercial Intranet (called A-Net) for the 79 member banks of the ADFIAP whose 20 million clients will benefit significantly from secure Electronic Commerce and Electronic Banking transactions via A-Net and GlobalDEN. The above statements are excerpts taken from GEOASIA press releases and newspaper articles printed last week. The way to participate in what looks like an exciting company in it's infancy, is to own shares in GEOASIA ENTERPRISES, LTD (OTC:GOAE) which has acquired all of the shares of Orion 2000.
