Debra, the discussion was more over timing than valuation. Lot of momentum purchacers helped drive the stock to 66 pre UPCOY, their position however was short term and resulting decline was due to supply/demand. As such buys wanting to invest sit on sidelines till sell off is over resulting in oversold condition (when it hit 32). Now alot of buying by sideliners who waited.
