Good morning ColleenB,

Since you have been taking a course in DD and one of your favorite subjects is OS 101 (outstanding shares), I was curious if you could answer a few questions?

I would like to call a temporary truce on personal attacks and hope you can give me some honest answers.

Since PABN is venturing into online trading, what would you consider as a reasonable time frame to give them the opportunity to see if they could be successful in this niche of the financial market? Please stay with the topic at hand, at the moment I not concerned about past or present accomplishments or failures.

PABN with their Authorized to issue 1.1 billion shares, has what, 800,000,000+ outstanding, and maybe what ?00,000,000 in their float. If they were successful in attaining their goal, how high of a market capitalization could they achieve 1,2,3 years down the road.

When I invest in OTC companies, I consider the possibility of future earnings, quite similar to a gold mine. Kind of late to invest if they found the gold and confirmed their reserves, wouldn't you agree?

I also compare similar ventures to see what MIGHT be attainable, keeping in mind the difference between a new venture and that of an established company .

E*Trade 115 million OS, 62 mil float, closed $104, 52w 5-144
Ameritrade 52.1 mil OS, 14 mil float, closed $120, 52w 5-188
Schwab 406.4 mil OS, 249.9 float, closed $120, 52w 18-155

Very impressive figures, you must agree.

Now remember, these are established companies, my question is in regards to potential earnings in the future. We are dealing with a new venture that is in high demand.

I like to compare it this way, using a factor of 1000,

E*Trade 115 billion OS shares @ 0.104
Ameritrade 50 billion OS shares @0.12
Schwab 406.4 billion OS shares @0.12
PABN 800+ million OS share @0.091

Thanks for your help and insight.
Have a nice day,
FCDs
