Good Morning Everyone.
I first have to say I always thought our company had a great future. Now I know it. Sit back relax we have a winner here.
After spending much time talking to management in the different parts of PABN one of the thoughts that stayed with me was why is this caliber of people involved in a penny stock. I asked this of each and what I was told more or less was they see where the company is going in the future and what each of their divisions will add to the company as a whole. I saw 3 divisions of our company with excellent management that are being built in a very timely manner with great care in marketing their particular product. Be it healthcare related, State of the art trading tools, or future and present internet related products. I also saw three different divisions in one company willing to work together to better the whole(pabn).

First stop on visiting the companies different offices was the Insider Trading room. Very impressive equipment and a lot of trading activity. We were met by Chris Cox who explained the trading equipment. Answered many of the question brought up by us shareholder and explained a lot about the new online Insider trading program that is being offered now. Also told us they now have a waiting list at this location and will probably be moving to a bigger location to accommodate the customers that want to trade at this trading room. We were also informed that we are now licensed in all the states and that they want everything with new Insider Trader Internet service to run as smoothly as possible and be reliable for the people purchasing the service. So if they are doing this a bit slower than we think they should we must understand that they have to make sure the "paying" customer is the one the will be satisfied and this is their top priority at this time.
The Insider Trading room is in a very nice location, very clean and upscale looking . In fact it was much nicer than I had expected.

While we were at the IT office Mr. Ray Gamble came in and introduced himself and asked if we would all like to come over and visit the Healthcorp offices which are located about a 5 minutes drive from IT. Said we could just follow him over. Now the location of these offices and the building they are located in was really impressive. I expected to be taken to some small office in this building and be given the 30 minute talk on why Healthcorp division would be great down the road etc. I was wrong about this. Mr Gramble sat us all down at a conference table told us he would be taken over the Marketing duties of all of Pabn and also much of th duties of Public relations. He than went on to explained in great detail how digibill worked and also introduced several of his key personal to us. He also explained why when making the press release of the recent contract he left out the name of the doctors group . It was due to the fact that these are now paying clients of our and he would not allow them to be called constantly by over zealous shareholders. He than asked if we would like to see this new signed up groups billing office and how they were now in the actual process of converting their old billing system to the new billing system? Of course we all said yes. He said he would call and see if it would be all right to bring us up(They are located in the same building several floor up from Healthcorp's offices. So off we went to see this change over in action. again I figured we would be going to some small office with maybe a couple of people doing some billing work.WRONG AGAIN. When we got their it was a very large office with several sections of people working . We were taken over to the manager's office who was trying to eat lunch ,talk on the phone, and trying to enter something on her computer all at the same time. She told Ray to takes us over to her assistant who not only showed us their old billing forms but how the new billing forms would look and how much more efficient Insurance claims would be processed. I was really impressed by this tour because you could really see for yourself the time and money that any physician or group of physicians would save by using digibill. And this was not being told to us by anyone from PABN this was being told to us by the customer that would be using the product(digibill). Long about now I'm really getting excited about the future of digibill. But Mr. Gamble had one more little stop for us at another office . Now this was a smaller two man office but very nice(on another floor in the same building). This building housed many medically related offices by the way. At this office we were told that Panam Healthcorp would be doing some joint marketing with this company in the near future and was explained in detail why in marketing both of their products each sold the other and it would be to both companies advantage to do some cross marketing together. More I believe will be heard about this but I see some nice contracts being signed for us and this company jointly and separately.
Mr.. Gamble than took us back to the conference room and took the time to answer all of our many questions. One questions I asked him was You have been with PABN for awhile but you have been very quiet how come now you have decided to step up and take a more active roll in the whole company not just Healthcorp division? He said putting everything in place to get all this digibill thing going took a lot of time and he was very concerned he have the right factor for marketing in place for it. Now this really impressed me because I have always believed that you can have the greatest product in the world but if it is not marketed properly it means nothing. IMHO. He also said it was time to take a more active part in the over all business of PABN. Mr Gamble also introduced us to the possible new PR person for PABN his name is Harold and I can't remember his last name. He will be studying the company over the next couple of months before totally committing himself. Up until than he will be helping Ray out on a part time basis. He seemed a very capable and personable man who has extensive back ground in varying
businesses.
At this point in the day we were ready to leave Panam Healthcare and make our way into the city(thank God for Henster he was our driver and was familiar with the city and got us around like a champ) to meet up with the other group at Mr. Black's office.
Let me add something hear. for the person on the thread that asked about the bathrooms at the different offices. If I had known this question would be brought up I would have made an effort
to use them but I didn't so I can't really comment about them.
I found Mr. Black and his Managing director Laura Bykowski to be very open and willing to explain everything asked about. Here I have to rely on others to maybe explain some of the techie things in more detail because it is a weak point with me. I do know that we got a look at how DEAO.com will look and how it will be set up and the differences in it and other shopping mall sights on the Internet. Updated daily where daily selections can be featured . The one shopping cart where you don't have to keep reentering your credit card info and a detail receipt of each purchase. It was very impressive to me as someone who does shop on the Internet. Laura also explained in detail why some or all of the websites Pink Pig handled for pabn will have to be reworked because of not being able to stand up to the traffic expected from future"hits".
Mr. Black than took us back and introduced us to the two young man that where doing program and coding and took care of much of the everyday running of the company.
Ok that's enough for tonight.
Tomorrow I will tell you all about the nice dinner we ,the shareholder, Mr. Gamble, Mr. Black, and Harold. Had Friday night. and than about the Meeting we had with John Schmitz on Saturday.
