Ameritrade still lets you specify which shares you are selling so if it were me I would tell them I want ot sell the fifty shares I bought on XXXXX. Without this you may have a problem proving which shares you bought and sold. I know of a great web site that would help you but it is book marked on another computer. I will see what i can dig up.
