. . . about 90% don't report or have financials. In case you hadn't noticed the SEC has new rules and 100% will be reporting by a year from June or will be on the pink sheets. I suspect that your 90% figure is noticeably in error by now as the phase in for reporting has commenced. I have heard it said that over 90% of the penny stocks fail, however. Perhaps that's what you mean.
