I wish I was in the TW board room and could tell you.
All I know is an alliance or acquisition of some kind has already been announced by TW and they need CDNW to leapfrog Universal's e-sales site announcement. But such deals can take time and can even fall through so it's no sure thing. But I'm sure they're working on something big. CDNW cannot just stand alone. They need such alliances. Better yet, they need to get bought out. One or the other could happen soon.
