MW Medical Arranges Financing for Physicians and Patients with The Hillside Group

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Paul E. Banko, President and CEO has announced that MW Medical (OTC Bulletin Board: MWMD - news)and The Hillside Group have completed a Preferred Vendor Agreement designed to make it easier for future customers to purchase MW Medical's proprietary microwave delivery system (MDS) for use in minimally invasive cosmetic surgery.
MW Medical's patented device is a multi-use platform for treating a broad range of cosmetic applications including hair removal, the treatment of spider veins (Telangiectasia), facial wrinkles and stretch marks.
The Hillside Group has been very successful in providing leasing and service financing to a wide range of medical practitioners. In particular, its leasing agreements with VISX Inc. (Nasdaq: VISX - news) is the model that MW Medical followed in designing a per procedure payment structure for MW Medical customers. The end user will pay a per procedure fee which will combine the reduction of capital costs over a specific term, the use of selected disposables, a license fee and warranty service. Although some customers may request other leasing and purchase options, the company expects the majority of units to be provided using this plan.
In addition, The Hillside program will also provide its Internet based patient financing program that overcomes patient objections to the procedure cost and therefore dramatically increases procedural volume. The web based consumer referral service will also help to generate demand for minimally invasive cosmetic surgery, which in turn, helps build demand for these procedures.
Potential medical customers for MW Medical include the 61,000 Plastic Surgeons, General Practitioners, Dermatologists, Ear Nose and Throat, Ophthalmologists and others in the US and almost 100,000 in International markets.
With the agreement with Hillside Group in place, MW Medical's sales agents and distributors will find it easier to penetrate this large market. Purchasers will be able to employ the multi-use Microwave Delivery System for a relatively low monthly fee. MW Medical anticipates positive reaction in the market place.
