First, if there is a NXTL deal it will be priced in WCOM stock. Second, its unlikely WCOM would pay 57 or even 52 for NXTL. NXTL would be shrewd to accept a .5 share ratio. I wouldn't be surprised to see as low as a .45 share deal, if it comes off at all.

At the right price, the market will come to like a WCOM buyout of NXTL.
