Very Important information regarding E-Trade Securities needed. I am presently working with some attorneys in Westlake California regarding E-Trade Securities and their problems with trade executions, reporting systems and confirmation errors last year during their outage. There is quite some interest in this area and some expertise and background information is needed. I am looking for any E-Trade former employeeOs and or customers with disputes and knowledge of the way E-TradeOs systems/computer order taking is handled and how it may have helped to cause the errors and disputes made public by E-Trade last year on or around April 1996. Any technical views, understanding of the system which they use is needed and would be very helpful. This investigation has been ongoing for some time. Also anyone who can explain in detail or communicate with me regarding this customer and investor misrepresentation please let me know. The lawyers are looking for anyone who feels in any way that they were in the wrong and lost money/opportunity in dealing with this established organization. I need customers that are willing to be on the record regarding this lawsuit. And will help any that may also be looking for action to compensate this claim. Please forward this note to any friends that you may have that experienced any losses and or problems with E-Trade Securities during that time or near that time. (April 1996) There is an interest in making good regarding this case. I would be very appreciative if anyone could help.
