I have no a confirmation of market order for 3 days. Three days ago, I put a market order to buy OEX option When price was $8, after long time they gave me price at 10 1/2!!!. I called E*trade, they send me two e-mails and told me that the report was wrong. finally E*trade send me one e-mail and told me that my order was expired, they took off OEX from my account.

Next day I call E*trade and wanted to make sure that my order was expired(I had market order which was cancelled before!!!!). E*trade told Me "yes", "I guarantee"

Today they told me I already bought OEX, their massage was wrong and put the OEX back to my account.

Do you have same Problems? Do you still want to use E*trade?

Maybe market order needs two days to be filled. I think they keep a chance to make money and let me keep a risk. When price rises they can sell it because I do not know I have OEX. Today the price is down then they give it to me.

I called E*trade again they told me they will do some research to make sure my order. Three days passed I do not have a confirmation.

Do you have any suggestions? please!
