Anyone care to influence me
1) Directors recommend;
C. L. Alexander Jr., James C Allen, Judith Areen, Carl J Aycock, Max E Bobbitt, Stephen M Case, The Bern-man, Francesco Galesi... it goes on for a while. All of none. (for, against, abstain)
2) Proposal to amend the Co's 2nd amended and restated articles of inc., as amended, to increase the # of authorized shares of common stock, par value $.01 per share, from 2.5b to 5b.
3) Proposal to approve the company's 1999 stock option plan.
I am currently for 1 & 2 but against 3. Sway away... |
